What information do we need for website maintenance?
Domain Registrar access – You can usually give us access to only that domain name without the need of us using your account details. The other option would be to transfer it to us, where we can manage it on your client portal.
 
WordPress Access – We recommend you create a new administrator account for us, so you’re not sharing your existing WordPress credentials with us.
 
Google Analytics & Search Console access – We can send you a guide on how to add us. If you don’t have an existing property created, we can do this on your behalf and add you.
 

Website Hosting Access – We will need cPanel access so we can make server changes, which cannot be done through the WordPress CMS. Access can be granted to us via adding us as a user to the cPanel, or we can use your current credentials. If your cPanel password hasn’t been randomly generated, please change it before giving us the password.

Our prices start from £5 a month for sites that have a small amount of pages. Websites that have more content requires more in-depth work to make sure everything is running smoothly, which is why we cannot charge a set price. If you contact us, we will give you a quote within 24 hours.
